Recently, we completed a residential plumbing job in the Andersonville neighborhood of Chicago. We were originally were called out to because there was a leak in the bathroom. We determined the leak to be coming from the wax seal of the toilet.

First, we pulled the toilet off. Immediately, it was apparent that the toilet wax seal was the source of the leak. Then, we replaced the wax seal. Finally we replaced to toilet anchor bolts and the toilet water supply line. To the Rescue! Another bathroom leak solved.
